At its recent Board meeting, the Directors of Trenval Business Development Corporation announced the unanimous appointment of Amber Darling as its new Executive Director. “We are very pleased to make this appointment”, said Adam Hannafin, Chairman of the Selection Committee. “Amber’s experience with Trenval for over 23 years suits her very well to advance Trenval’s mission of supporting and creating jobs in the Belleville, Quinte West, Stirling-Rawdon, Deseronto and Tyendinaga region”.
“Amber has a proven track record of supporting business development, services and stakeholder relations. Combined with her passion for small business, community economic development and advocate of the Community Futures Program, Amber will be a continued asset to Trenval”, said Chairman Glen LeClair.
Mrs. Darling replaces retiring Glenn Kozak, who has served as Executive Director for the past five years and prior to that a Director including Chairman for a period of three years. “The Board appreciates the hard work and dedication that Glenn has put into elevating the Trenval brand during his tenure. We wish him the very best in his retirement”, said LeClair.
