Chamber Staff

Joe Southwell | Manager & CEO

Joe Southwell is a lifelong Quinte West resident with nearly 20 years of leadership experience across the corporate, media, and non-profit sectors. Most recently serving as a local non-profit Executive Director following a successful 17-year career in regional media sales management, Joe brings a wealth of strategic growth and operational expertise to the Chamber. He is dedicated to a consultative, relationship-driven approach, working closely with local business owners to understand their unique challenges and foster a resilient local economy.

When he isn’t advocating for the business community, Joe loves catching a quiet walk or enjoying a nice dinner out with his wife, while keeping up with his family’s active lifestyle. Depending on the season, that means supporting his kids at their various activities, walking the dog, or frequenting local CrossFit gyms, soccer fields, hockey arenas, ski hills, and beaches.
