RE: New Clinic opens up in Trenton
Trenton, ON: PhysioHouse Trenton is an evidence-based Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, and Sports Medicine clinic located in downtown Trenton, owned and operated by local physiotherapist Kyle Meringer. “I began my healthcare career in Trenton as a clinical kinesiologist and personal trainer after graduating with my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Guelph,” said Mr. Meringer. “It was not long after that I returned to school to obtain my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York. I am very pleased that upon graduating in 2012, I was able to return to Trenton as a licensed Physiotherapist and am very excited to now open up my own practise here to serve this community”
PhysioHouse Trenton is located at 24 Dundas Street East, and offers one-on-one treatment that utilizes new rehabilitation equipment and physiotherapy techniques in order to help patients recover from their current injuries, and help prevent future ones.
PhysioHouse is open weekly as early as 8am and as late as 9pm, as well as on Saturdays to help accommodate patients busy schedules. They are able to treat a wide variety of patients with varying health care coverage, including those injured in a motor vehicle or workplace accident, as well as Veterans Affairs clients.
“It is wonderful to see young professionals returning to Trenton to set up their businesses and practice here,” says Suzanne Andrews, manager at the Quine West Chamber of Commerce. “The demand for Health and Wellness services are high in this area and I am sure the community will show their support for this new business.”
For their grand opening, PhysioHouse Trenton is offering Quinte West residents a reduced physiotherapy rate for the entire month of February - $40 Physiotherapy Assessments and Treatments for all private and extended health insurance plans.
