RE: Hourglass Mysteries Brings Escape Rooms to Quinte West
Quinte West, ON: Hourglass Mysteries invites you to Experience the Next Level of Escape Rooms at their new location at 290 Dundas Street West in Trenton. Hourglass Mysteries is jointly owned and operated by Don McLean, Carol McKay and Kevin McCaig; all coworkers at Walmart in Trenton who decided to start this new venture together. “It has been a lot of work to develop the Escape rooms and to work with the City to ensure all regulations are met, “said co-owner McLean, “but I and the other owners have really enjoyed it and we hope everyone will come out and try one of the Escape Rooms with friends, family or work colleagues.”
Escape Rooms have become extremely popular over the last couple of years as people enjoy solving mysteries and puzzles. Your adventure starts when your group finds itself locked in a room and you have 60 minutes to escape. All around you there will be locks and puzzles. Solving a puzzle will enable you to open a lock and progress through the room. While some of the puzzles will be easy to solve, others may require more thought and logic. In order to solve all the puzzles you cannot forget about your surroundings. Every detail could be important, or not. Communication with your team members is key, four eyes see more than two eyes and two brains think faster than one.
At Hourglass Mysteries, the rooms are changed every 6 to 8 months so people can come back and enjoy a new challenge. At the moment, the two rooms available for booking are Retail Reconnaissance for up to 6 people and Matter of Principal for groups up to 8 people. Escape Room are great corporate team building exercises, birthday parties or just a fun outing for family and friends.
