The Government’s Proposed Tax Changes Will Hurt Ontario Businesses
Today, the Ontario Chamber of Commerce (OCC) sent a letter to Premier Wynne to call on Prime Minister Justin Trudeau at the First Ministersā Meeting to put theĀ Department of Finance Canada’s proposed tax changes on hold and avoid hurting thousands of businesses across the province.
The Department of Finance Canada announced over the summer that it intends to make the most sweeping changes to business taxes in 45 years.
