On Board Grazing has opened its doors in downtown Trenton, bringing a fresh and creative approach to local eats. Founded by long-time Trenton resident Carley Thompson, her idea was born from a desire to help people celebrate life’s moments even during the most challenging times. “I started this business during the pandemic, when I realized how important it was for people to still connect and celebrate even from a distance” says Carley. “What began as small date night boxes and holiday specials has grown into something I never imagined. I’m beyond grateful to now have a space downtown to share my passion for food and community.”
On Board Grazing specializes in the custom snack board experience, offering a unique build-your-own charcuterie bar, alongside daily fresh sandwiches and grab-and-go options. The shop features locally made goods and is excited to introduce Kawartha Dairy ice cream soon. From intimate at-home gatherings to larger scale events, Carley and her team can cater for any size of guest list. Every box and board are thoughtfully crafted using locally sourced meats, cheeses, and fresh produce when in season. Supporting local is at the heart of the business with strong partnerships amongst area farmers and artisans.
