Elected to the QWCC Board in 2025 – Sarah Wolters co-owns and operates The Machining Center Inc. with her husband, Kevin Wolters. Based in Quinte West, their service-based manufacturing company provides one-stop sourcing for practical mechanical solutions through machining, fabrication, design, and engineering services. Serving a wide range of local manufacturing businesses, The Machining Center is deeply embedded in the region’s manufacturing community. Sarah is passionate about creating spaces and systems where people—and businesses—can truly flourish. Through her work with manufacturers across diverse sectors, she has been exposed to a broad range of challenges affecting the industry. She hopes this perspective will allow her to bring valuable insight and advocacy to her role. Sarah believes the Bay of Quinte is an amazing place for manufacturing to grow and thrive, and she is excited to support its continued success.
