CrossFit Creed is a dream realized through shared passion, perseverance, and community spirit. The team behind CrossFit Creed, including local owners Lauren Stanfield, Audrey Oligny, Cedrick Levesque Baker, Stephanie and Jamie Smid, and Jeff Boyd, brings a diverse background and deep love for fitness and community. “CrossFit has been a part of my life since 2016,” says Lauren, “I’ve always dreamed of building a place that blends the power of fitness with the strength of community, and now we’ve made that dream a reality.” Audrey and Cedrick, who moved from Quebec to Belleville in 2019, add that their global experiences training at CrossFit gyms around the world shaped the vision for CrossFit Creed—bringing the best of what they’ve seen into one exceptional space.
At CrossFit Creed, members are offered more than just a workout, they’re invited into a lifestyle. The gym offers CrossFit classes designed for all fitness levels, each session including strength training and a high-intensity Workout of the Day (WOD). Additional offerings include yoga for mobility and recovery, Pilates in partnership with Match Movement, weightlifting through the Giant Weightlifting Club, and 24/7 gym access for busy professionals, including military personnel and shift workers. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to level up your training, CrossFit Creed provides a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone.
