We are proud to announce that Arts Quinte West is a funding recipient of the Community Empowerment for Economic Development (CEED) program. We gathered on February 8 with members from Arts Quinte West as well as Trenval Business Development Corporation to present the funds and share success stories from AQW.
Trenval delivered a combined total of $20,200 in non-repayable CEED contributions to Quinte West non-profit organizations on February 8, 2024.
Trenval’s Community Empowerment for Economic Development (CEED) funding recognizes programs which help to enhance the growth and well-being of our local community.
Congratulations to these four Quinte West recipients:
– Arts Quinte West: $7,500
– The Ladies of Sacred Heart Batawa: $5,000
– Youth Habilitation Quinte Inc – Career Edge: $4,500
– Community Partners for Success Cooperative: $3,200
In total, $60,000 CEED funding to be distributed throughout the Quinte region this month.
Community Empowerment for Economic Development, funded by the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario) and administered by Trenval with monies allocated across multiple strategic projects by not-for-profits registered prior to September 1, 2021.
