Megan Blaquiere, a long-time Quinte West resident and passionate animal lover, is excited to announce the opening of Bark Spot Dog Grooming at 44 King Street in Trenton. After starting her first business, The Barking Spot, in 2014 and later rebranding to Bark Spot, Megan took time to raise her three daughters while continuing to groom from home. Now, she’s thrilled to return to a storefront setting, providing dedicated one-on-one care for local pets. “Trenton has always been home to me, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to bring my passion for grooming back into the community in a welcoming and stress-free environment,” said Megan.
Bark Spot Dog Grooming offers a range of professional grooming services, including haircuts, baths, and nail trims, all in a calm, open-concept space designed to keep pets comfortable. The business focuses on personalized, one-on-one appointments to ensure each dog gets the attention they deserve. In the future, Bark Spot will also feature locally sourced pet products, supporting other small businesses in the area.
