On Tuesday, April 25, the OCC sent a letter to the City of Toronto’s Municipal Licensing and Standards Committee regarding the consultations and review of the short-term rental and home sharing markets in the city. The OCC is asking that the city ensures that any new laws and regulations be modern, forward looking, easy to comply with and allow for future innovation.
