Loyalist College would like to extend an invitation to your business to participate and engage with them, and to help them welcome over 350 new students to Loyalist College this January.
In past months Loyalist College has been working hard to re-energize our Orientation Week programming, and one aspect that we have begun to focus on is our student’s connection with the local community. We believe there is great value to introduce our students to our surrounding area, including local businesses, services and events that can assist them on a successful year at Loyalist and in their future. In order to help address this challenge, we have two different opportunities that we would like to invite you to participate in. Building this community together is extremely important to our students, and their successes. The opportunities are as follows;
Student Promotions Bag
We are creating a student giveaway package which will be handed out free to all incoming students on Monday January 7th. The intent of this package is to provide students with welcoming information, free giveaways, discount cards or coupons to help assist in their adjustment as student and/or help create awareness of the surrounding services
Service and Business Fair
On January 7th, during the lunch hour, We are hosting an opportunity for your organization to set up a booth and provide valuable information and/or promotional items to our students. To engage in this opportunity we would hope that you set up a booth and find creative ways to engage our Loyalist Community. This could be draws, giveaways or exciting opportunities such as games. If you organization is interested, we will provide you a table and the rest is up to you! This opportunity will fall between 1230pm-130pm in the gymnasium ( set-up as early as 1130am).
