Loyalist College invites members of the Quinte West Chamber of Commerce to join us as we welcome close to 1,500 new students to Loyalist and the Quinte region.
As part of our Orientation Week activities this Fall, we are hosting two vendor and service fairs to introduce students to the wide range of services this region has to offer. We hope your business or organization will join us:
Orientation Day
Tuesday, September 3, 10 am – 1 pm
- Orientation is our first day to welcome students to campus for the start of the academic year. In addition to the vendor and services fair, Orientation includes live entertainment, activities and games, and a BBQ lunch.
- Event setup from 9 – 10 am
Friday Night Lights
Friday, September 6, 4:30 pm – 8:30 pm
- In addition to the vendor and services fair, our second annual Friday Night Lights event will feature our first varsity home game of the season, inflatable games, a free BBQ and a fireworks show.
- Event setup from 4 – 5 pm
Vendor & Service Fair Details
- Free participation for businesses and organizations.
- Anticipated attendance of 1,000 – 2,000 students on each day.
- Giveaways and promotional items are welcome; however, we request that no merchandise be sold at these events.
- The vendor and service fairs will take place outside, at the front of the Kente Building, rain or shine.
- A table will be provided. Shelter and power are not available.
