Elected to the QWCC Board in 2026. Barbara Yebuga is a skilled facilitator and a published author specializing in equity, inclusion, and bias awareness in the workplace. She brings over a decade of experience creating engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences, blending research, practical tools, and interactive storytelling. Barbara has designed and led workshops for schools, corporate teams, and community organizations, helping leaders and associates recognize bias, foster inclusion, and take actionable steps toward equitable workplaces. She is the proud co-owner of Josh’s Diner in Carrying Place, a community hub in the Quinte West region. She is also an award-winning choreographer and founder of BY Dance, a local program that builds community and empowerment through movement. She combines her expertise in education, creativity, and leadership to create learning experiences that are memorable, interactive, and inspiring.
