Paragon of Play, an enrichment hub for children, adults, and families, is excited to announce the opening of its new location in Quinte West. “I was born and raised in the area and running Paragon in Belleville for the past 2.5 years has shown me just how much families value accessible enrichment programming,” says owner Jessica Spice. “Expanding to Batawa allows us to serve more families in a beautiful, calm, and welcoming environment. We feel so connected to the history of the area by being in the old Bata Shoe Factory, while also embracing the fresh, vibrant energy of the community.”
Paragon of Play offers a diverse range of programming designed to inspire creativity, learning, and connection. Services include academic programs such as educational day camps, tutoring, and literacy intervention. They also offer foundational arts programs, afterschool clubs for children, as well as parenting classes, family social events, and private birthday parties. All programs are developed and implemented by experienced educators, ensuring quality enrichment in a supportive environment where families feel welcomed, respected, and encouraged to express themselves.
The Batawa location, at 58 Plant Street, is open by registration only and offers programming seven days a week. Visit www.paragonofplay.com for more information. A monthly programming calendar is released on the 15th of each month, and this December, the centre will host a range of special holiday and winter events for families to enjoy.
