A new wave of flavour has arrived with the opening of Meraki Bubble Tea, a family-run business bringing a sweet blend of culture and community to Trenton. After relocating from Cobourg to Quinte in 2022, the owners Grace Tan and Trevor Savoy spent time searching for the perfect location to reconnect with customers and share the joy of their favourite treats. “We’ve always believed in creating a space where people can gather, try something new, and feel at home,” says Grace. “We’re so excited to finally bring that experience to Trenton.”
Meraki Bubble Tea offers more than just traditional bubble tea. Their menu features a wide variety of refreshing drinks, including frappes, smoothies, and fruity refreshers. What truly sets Meraki apart is its celebration of Filipino cuisine, offering light snacks like empanadas, pork buns, and spring rolls, alongside unique sweets such as pistachio sans rival and classic Goldilocks roll cakes.
