Crystal Nicholson, a lifelong baker and food service professional, is thrilled to announce the opening of Beats & Sweets Vinyl Café, located downtown Trenton. After decades of contemplating owning her own bakery, Crystal jumped on an opportunity that also aligned with her son Devon’s aspiration to run a café. “This is something I thought was off my bucket list, but life had other plans,” Crystal shared, “Creating this space with my son, blending our passions for baking, coffee, and music, is the perfect combination. We’re excited to bring something special to the Quinte West community; a place filled with heart, soul, and creativity.”
At Beats & Sweets Vinyl Café, customers can enjoy an array of freshly baked goods, all “baked from scratch,” and coffee “brewed from beans,” made by Devon, a highly experienced barista. The café also offers a carefully curated selection of vinyl records, inviting music enthusiasts to enjoy while savouring delectable desserts and beverages.
