Owners MaryAnne Gaudreault and Krystal Turcotte have established O2 Oxygen Bar & Beauty Lounge in Quinte West. These entrepreneurs have developed relationships with their clients and established roots in the Quinte West community while previously operating as home-based businesses.
“We wanted to share our wellness, self-care, and positivity philosophy. With that, we decided to add the oxygen bar since there isn’t this service in the area,” said MaryAnne and Krystal. “It brings numerous health benefits, and we feel that Quinte West deserves to be the home of something new and innovative.”
Services include manicures, pedicures, massages, waxing, body piercing, tinting & lamination, ear candling, cosmetic tattooing, brows, eyeliner, tooth gems and lash extensions. O2 Oxygen Bar & Beauty Lounge is also a unique destination to host bridal parties, events and large groups by appointment. O2 Oxygen Bar & Beauty Lounge carries locally made, natural bath and beauty products available for purchase.
The business won the Win This Space downtown Trenton contest, entrepreneurs had to submit a business plan, financial plan, marketing plan and give a presentation to a panel of judges. The prize included a one-year lease, a one-year Chamber of Commerce membership, two print ads and business profile, a grant for new signage and social media set-up and strategy planning.
O2 Oxygen Bar & Beauty Lounge is hosting a grand opening on May 6th, open to the public from 10 am to 6 pm featuring a meet and greet with the owners, beauty lounge tours, samples, light refreshments, live music, and an onsite men’s and ladies’ raffle.
