GIVE YOUR CHAMBER A VOICE AT THE CANADIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AGM
Submit your CCC Voting Authorization Form by August 30
There is only a short amount of time left for you to fill in a Canadian Chamber of Commerce (CCC) AGM Voting Authorization Form. Taking this important step will allow one of your fellow Ontario chambers to vote on your behalf at the upcoming CCC AGM.
It is vitally important that you fill out the Voting Authorization Form. Without it, your chamber or board will lose its vote at the CCC AGM. Your members, and all Ontario businesses, need to ensure their voice is heard on the national stage.
This year, our goal is to reach 100 votes, which will position Ontario among the best represented provinces at this important meeting. Note that a chamber / board manager’s signature is all that the CCC requires to process the proxy vote.
Please submit your Voting Authorization Form to the OCC by Friday, August 30. You can submit by fax to 416.482.5879 or by email to alexandraschwenger@occ.on.ca.
To find out if a neighbouring chamber / board is able to carry your proxy vote, please contact Alexandra Schwenger.
Please disregard this email if your plan on attending the 2013 CCC AGM or if you have already submitted your Voting Authorization Form to the OCC.
