After a few years of waiting and reflecting, Philosophy Boutique is back—reopening at 39 Elgin Street, a location full of personal history for owners Barb and Dan Dankmeyer. “This building holds so many memories for me,” Barb shares, “my parents were involved with the Oddfellows and Rebekahs, and I took dance lessons here as a child. When the chance to purchase the building came up, we couldn’t pass it up. After closing due to COVID, we are excited to begin this new chapter and continue serving the community we love.” Their journey comes full circle as they transform this historic space into a modern boutique.
