Local entrepreneur Shannon Sweet has always wanted to be in the beauty industry and is thrilled to open her first business, Wink Lashes and Beauty in Trenton where she was born and raised. “As the mother of four beautiful children I hope to inspire them to start their own business one day, or to get into the beauty industry themselves so they can boost their own confidence as well as that of their customers,” states Sweet. “I feel that in this day and age it’s important for women to support other women and help them with their self-confidence, I love being part of that and this is why I have decided to open up Wink Lashes and Beauty.”
Wink Lashes and Beauty will offer specialized services and have invested in state of the art equipment so the treatments are non-invasive and require no down time afterwards. Services at this location will include eyelash extensions, body contouring, cavitation supreme, abdomen retractions, cellulite blasting, skin firming, micro blading and noninvasive bottom and breast lifts. “I will be expanding my knowledge and certificates in the near future and look forward to increasing the services being offered,” said Sweet.
Wink Lashes and Beauty is located at 15 Dundas Street East in Trenton and will be open for walk-ins and appointments Monday to Friday, from 10AM to 6PM.
