Tommy Gagovski has been involved in the world of self-defence training since the 1990’s and brings that know-how to the Quinte Region with the opening of Tommy G’s Law Enforcement Self-Defence Training in downtown Trenton. With over 30 years of experience, he has a wide array of expertise in fields such as human behaviour, pathology, forensics, municipal/provincial laws, litigation procedures, fire safety, edge weapons, dealing with delicate situations, public perception, firearms and police baton. “The reason I am opening this business is to teach ordinary people on how to reduce their chances of becoming a victim,” said Gagovski. “All the training is based on reality, anything I teach people can actually be used in a volatile situation.” Gagovski is recognized by the House of Commons of Canada, and is a proud member of the Ontario Business Bureau.
This unique and effective self-defence program was specifically designed using a combination of Aikido practices, and street fighting techniques. With Gagovski’s extensive training, this program allows students to learn the realities of self-defence in order to protect themselves in a potential real-life threatening situation. He has taught college/university students across Ontario, and provided body guard services for numerous celebrities and executives.
Courses offered include Women’s Self-Defence, Crime Prevention/Detection Seminars, Anti-Bullying Programs, Handcuffing/Police Baton and Arrest Procedure Training, and Fire Extinguisher/Equipment Training.
