Katie Pearsall was born in Brighton, and lived in the Trenton area for the past four years. Having come from a long line of small business owners, Pearsall knew that her passion for providing delicious, handmade fresh fruit crumbles would lead to starting her own business in the baking industry. “I always knew that Quinte West had a diverse food and beverage industry and I wanted to be part of it,” states Pearsall. “By opening Rollin’ Oats here, I can be part of a vibrant and growing community; introducing fresh gourmet fruit crumbles and more to the area.”
Rollin’ Oats offers a wide variety of gourmet, fresh fruit crumbles, including their limited edition holiday crumble collection. They only use fresh, never frozen fruit in each crumble to ensure the highest quality and satisfaction. The bakery is looking to expand their offerings over the next few months to include gourmet muffins, fresh loaves and a delicious selection of fresh oven baked doughnuts. Additionally, vegan options and no-sugar options are available for a number of items. So far, Rollin’ Oats has received an overwhelming amount of support from the local community at the Front Street Farmers Market and the Trenton community.
