NewPharmacy Opens in Trenton’s Busy West End
Quinte West, ON: A brand new pharmacy has opened up inTrenton’s busy West End to meet the demands of this high growth area of QuinteWest. Guardian Dundas Quinte Pharmacy ismanaged by Pharmacy manager Ali Mirza and Front Store Manager Missie Champagne. They havebeen working within the Trenton community since 2002 and this new store is the beginning of a new and exciting chapter in their pharmacy career. “Our motto is to provide the best service andto improve the quality of life of our customers,” said Mirza, “and to empowerpatients to take control of and manage their health so that they achievehappier and healthier lifestyles.”
Ali is a Certified Diabetic Educator providing advice on insulin and blood sugar management, diet, and other needs of patients with diabetes. He is trained to provide one-to-one medication counselling, medication reviews, clinic days, blister packaging to organize daily medications, and offer diabetes management programs. He offers 16 years of community pharmacy experience, education and a patient focused attitude that allows for a more personal experience at Dundas Quinte Pharmacy.
Missie has grown up in the area and has worked within the community of Trenton for 16 years. She is a certified compression sock fitter and continues her education on various health related issues to stay current. She volunteers regularly within the community and is devoted to giving back and staying involved within the community. “We aim to stay involved in the local community, promoting local businesses and ensuring all health needs are being met for out clients,” states Missie. “We offer free delivery to patients, direct billing to all insurance companies, we also have very competitive pricing with our Atoma brand products and brand name products.”
Starting January 2019 Doctor Consultations through a Video Link will be available to anyone without a family doctor. Appointments are necessary, contact the store for more details.
Guardian Dundas Quinte Pharmacy is located at 469 Dundas St West Unit B, the store is wheelchair accessible with lots of free parking for customers.
