Originally, from Nova Scotia, Peter Fletcher was first posted to Trenton in 2008, after joining the Air Force. Fleet Street Barber Company is Fletcher’s first business, and he is thrilled to begin his business journey here in Quinte West. “I wanted to open this business here because I really love Trenton and I wanted to offer a cool spot for men to hang out, relax, and listen to cool music,” said Fletcher. “I want to promote masculinity that’s not toxic. Ultimately, I want to build a community atmosphere so we can get to know our neighbours a little better.”
Fletcher earned his Diploma in Hairstyling from St. Lawrence College. From there, he worked through his apprenticeship at Deadleaf Distinguished Gentlemen in Napanee, as well as Salon Eleven here in Trenton.
