Quinte West, ON: Two businesses have joined together to offer full day spa and other specialized treatments and services in downtown Trenton. Tina Mountenay, owner of Bliss Day Spa and Terra Williamson, owner of Lashes By Terra operate their businesses in a beautiful 2nd floor suite of professional offices located at 43 Front St, Suite 200 overlooking the River.
Lashes By Terra was established in 2015 and has grown to include lash extensions, lifts and tinting and microblading. “I fell so in love with my own Microbladed Brows I wanted to make women feel the way I did, obsessed with myself,” said Williamson. “I had the opportunity to take a lash tech class while I was on maternity leave with my second boy. I started with my mom, then friends, the started a Facebook page. Now I have over 700 followers and close to 100 clients.” Appointments are available from 9am-3:30pm every day, including Saturday with limited evening appointments also available, call 613-921-0049.
Lashes by Terra started out as a home based business but with their growing clientele, it was a great opportunity to partner with Bliss Day Spa when they were ready to expand into a bigger and better space. “I have been a Certified Esthetician for 7 years, working at a local Day Spa until I started Bliss Day Spa in 2014,” said Mountenay. “Since I was a teenager I knew one day I would have my own spa, I've always had a passion for the beauty industry.” Bliss Day Spa was co-located within a local hair salon until their recent expansion into their own luxurious space. They offer a full range of treatments including pedicures; manicures; gelish manicures that can last up to 14 day's; facials; waxing; tinting; back treatment and relaxation massage. With this new location there is the opportunity to add new treatment's in the future. Bliss Day Spa offers local skin care products, Rocia Naturals that are made in Brighton for their facial treatments. They operate Tuesday to Friday 9:00am to 6:30pm and Saturday 8:30am to 3:30pm and can offer flexible hours to meet their client’s needs.
