The OCC recently submitted a letter to Kerry-Lynne Findlay, Minister of National Revenue, to express concern over the negative impact that increased cross-border shopping is having on Ontario’s economy.
We ask that Minister Findlay encourage her colleagues in the federal government to enforce duty and tax collection at the border so that these impacts can be mitigated.
