Josh’s Diner is officially open and ready to serve the community one delicious meal at a time. Owner Joshua Blake, a chef with a passion for bringing people together through food, is no stranger to the local scene. After earning a loyal following with his popular food truck, JERKebago, Joshua dreamed of creating a year-round space where friends and families could gather over great food in a welcoming atmosphere. “I saw a growing need for a year-round community hub, so I set out to create a place that would bring the area together.” said Josh.
Serving breakfast, lunch, and brunch, Josh’s Diner is proud to showcase the best of the region with its locally sourced ingredients, including freshly baked bread and locally roasted coffee. The diner’s nostalgic vibe is perfect for everything from family meals to a quiet cup of coffee. By night, Josh’s Diner transforms into a lively spot with karaoke, dance socials, and community events. For special occasions, the Vinyl Room offers an intimate space for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations.
Josh’s Diner is located at 2544 County Rd 64, Carrying Place, and is open Thursday-Monday, 8:00am to 2:00pm.
