Quinte West ON: Artistic Quilts with Colors, a vibrant and eclectic fabric store, is excited to announce their opening in Quinte West. Previously known as Fun with Stitches, new owners Jinni and William Beens are making the business their own while William continues to serve in the Canadian Armed Forces. “I’ve always been a passionate quilter and William has always been passionate about keeping me happy, so purchasing a quilt store together was a natural move for both of us,” jokes Jinni.
Artistic Quilts with Colors is a bright fabric boutique with a wide variety of high-quality quilting cottons and ready-to-grab quilting kits. They specialize in modern quilting cottons and proudly carry products by notable brands and designers. Alongside stocking an impressive assortment of fabrics and Bernina sewing machines and Handi Quilter long arm machines, they offer numerous skill building classes ranging from beginners to advanced. “We’re also pleased to offer social sewing times where we get together to work on unfinished projects and collaborate with each other,” says Jinni.
