Quinte First Credit Union
Frankford branch closed to the public to turn it into a call center. Their call volume is very high and we needed to be able to ensure calls were being answered. Other two branches are open to the public form 10:00-3:300. They are restricting access at the door. No more than 5 members in the branch at any one time. A staff member will only let them in if they cannot transact online, over the phone or at the ATM.
