We are pleased to announce that Charlene Lunney has been appointed as Vice President of Network and Membership Relations at the OCC. Charlene will officially join us on June 9, 2014.
Charlene brings over 25 years of association management experience working in Ontario’s provincial and broader public sectors where she has held senior management roles with the Electricity Distributors Association, Ontario Association of Homes & Service for Seniors, and the Ministry of Health Promotion.
Throughout her career, Charlene has been instrumental in implementing numerous change management strategies and organizational transformations. Her expertise spans all areas of association management including governance, strategic planning, business development, member recruitment and retention, corporate services, and advocacy.
Charlene has a BA in Human Resources, holds a Certified Human Resource Profession (CHRP) designation, and is working towards her Certified Association Management (CAE) designation.
