Off the Hook Boutique and Gallery is now open at 35 Ontario St in Trenton and this new location for this iconic business gives the owner Brandy Calvert Ringelmann even more space to showcase the fashion she is known for. “I moved the store because I wanted more space and to be able to add new product categories like the garden art and art gallery,” said Ringelmann. “This location will allow us to hold small intimate events throughout the year and is much closer to the boater tourism that QW offers.”
The new 2000 square foot space offers a large retail space, four change rooms, a lounge, and an art gallery in an open airy atmosphere, with six parking spaces immediately found in front. The entire building has been renovated and refurbished to suit the fashion boutique and gallery and features high ceilings, bright lighting and is completely accessible.
Off the Hook, carries interesting and quality fashion items not commonly seen at the retailer trade shows which will compliment most body types even carrying small-3X in most of the lines that they sell. Art in the gallery features some of the boutique owner’s own pieces, plus original embellished pieces from Stream-Line Art. The gallery is available for local artists to book for exhibits or workshops. The gallery space can be also be booked for fundraisers, personal events, business functions or social club meetings during business hours or after hours . Off the hook has been known for their ladies “ALL ABOUT SWAG” special events, which will continue on and off site, with the added benefit of the new gallery space. Recently they hosted 16 women for a catered dinner and mini spa night, a fundraiser that raised monies for the owner’s passion, a non-profit group named the G. May Project helping victims of childhood sexual assault. Off the Hook will bring more fundraising initiatives for the non-profit group in months to come.
