*The Trenton Bistro features a delicious lunch service with items similar to those served in Belleville, including a variety of sandwiches, quiche, soups and salads. Gourmet items include fantastic coffee from Balzac's Blend and Balzac's Espresso, Jean-Marc's decadent French pastries, croissants on Saturday mornings, a selection of items from our freezer, and (coming soon) a hip evening service featuring small plates, charcuterie, wine, on-tap beer, and fine cheese.
